Scientific Notation
You may wish to use scientific notation to express numbers
which are in magnitude very large or very small.
Such numbers are entered using the usual
computer convention of placing the letter "E"
without the quotes before the exponent.
Thus the number
would be written as
2.603E16
No spaces or commas should appear in the number.
